At Eclectic Cacti, we are proud to serve our local community with fresh florals, succulents, and thoughtfully curated goods. At this time, we do not offer shipping.

Local Pick-Up & Delivery Only

  • Local Pick-Up: Available by appointment. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a convenient pick-up time at our designated location in the World Golf Village area in Florida.

  • Local Delivery: We offer hand delivery within select areas. Delivery fees may apply based on distance. Delivery dates and times will be confirmed via email or text after your order is placed.

Please Note:

  • We do not ship any products through postal or courier services.

  • Delivery is only available to addresses within our service range. Orders placed outside this area will be canceled and refunded.

  • If you need a custom delivery or pick-up arrangement, feel free to contact us prior to ordering.

RETURN POLICY

No Refunds & No Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Eclectic Cacti. Due to the handmade, seasonal, and custom nature of our floral arrangements, workshops, and curated goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Please Note:

  • All products are sold as-is. We take great care to accurately describe and photograph our items. Slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur, especially with natural materials like flowers and succulents.

  • Workshop bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may gift your seat to a friend. Please notify us in advance so we can update the guest list.

  • Gift boxes and bundles are non-returnable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
